Customer service is a top priority here. All Crafts By Deanna customers will be treated promptly and respectfully. We are committed to providing exceptional customer service and set clear standards for customer care.

Privacy & Safety

I am the sole owner of the information collected on this site. I only have access to collect information that you voluntarily give via email or other direct contact from you. I will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

I will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted me. I will not share your information with any third party outside of my small business, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.

ORDERS

I ask that all orders are placed with two weeks notice to ensure time for changes to designs if needed. A completed order form and full payment are required to confirm your order. Order forms submitted without a payment will not be confirmed. Rushed orders required within 4 days will be subject to a 30% additional charge of the total.
