LOCAL PICK UP

Local pick up is available in Scarborough, Ontario & Oshawa, Ontario. If you are local to the GTA, please feel free to arrange a pick up at Morningside & 401 or Harmony & Taunton. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled pick-up the spot will be cancelled and we will be in contact to provide the next available pick up slot. Please ensure you are not late for pick ups as this can result in your item not being received on time.

SHIPPING POLICY

All items are shipped by Canada Post registered mail at the customer’s expense. Once your item is dropped off at the post office, a tracking number will be provided to you. Please remember that once your package has been dropped off with Canada Post, it is now in their hands to deliver. Crafts By Deanna cannot guarantee exact shipping times and dates for Canada Post Services.

If your order is a time sensitive item, please contact us to discuss upgrading your shipping options. Ensure your item(s) are ordered 3-5 weeks in advance to assist in ensuring that you receive your items successfully prior to your event date

DELIVERY

We offer local delivery to some locations within Scarborough and areas of Durham Region. All deliveries are to be pre-arranged and subject to additional charges.

If you would like to have your item delivered please specify this in the order form and ensure you enter to correct address.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All items are non-refundable due to the customized nature of designs. If you are not happy with your item please contact us to further discuss this.
